Northrop looking for $500M until it is able to settle with their insurance company. So that makes it a loan, right? This article points out that Northrop Guumman is the largest employer in both Louisiana and Mississippi.

    BTW these Mississippi dudes are pretty bold in their funding requests...they don't even try tp hide the pork.
