I watch Ben Stein for the same reason I read George Will these days. Just to see how low a person will stoop to rationalize the abject failures he (philosophically) supports. He is another ex-Nixon aide, like Cheney and Rumsfeld and Kissinger and all of those other people who seem almost too smart for their own good (that was little Ben Stein crying when Nixon took his last trip out of the White House). They survived the wreckage of the Nixon years and Vietnam only to get a second try with Bush and Iraq. Same people, same ideas, same results. Why is anyone surprised?
Welcome to the official media outlet of M.I.R.T.H., a world-renowned think tank whose mission is explaining the world's complicated issues in a language that everyone can easily understand - the language of common sense. The Institute is named in honor Paul Morphy , native New Orleanian and perhaps the greatest chess player in history. Coincidentally, all M.I.R.T.H. Faculty members are direct descendents of Mr. Morphy.
