Rude Pundit on William Jefferson
I know many don't share my appreciation of the Rude Pundit, but in a recent post he takes on the William Jefferson and Louisiana politics in general. Is the gentleman right, or what?

You can't limit this to Louisiana. Crack head Marion Barry was re-elected as mayor of Washington DC after he was caught using crack. In New York, state comptroller Alan Hevesy was re-elected after admitting to using state funds to chauffer his wife around. I'm sure we can come up with other examples. Some people vote for these guys because of their illegal activity. And let's not forget O.J.
