This concept has been around for a while, and I find it bizarre. Building cheap PCs are easy. I just don't understand the market. Half of Mexico (for instance) makes something like $10 a day. Asia is much lower ($2?). And it is likley these people don't have the education they would require to use such a machine. I suspect most of the proposed target market is illiterate. I figure this is just some techies with more good intentions thatn good sense.
