You gotta love the Mayor’s reasoning on this one. "I've told the congressman that since he supported me during the mayor's race, that I would reciprocate." It’s one thing to be a stand up guy, but why associate yourself with someone like Jefferson? Maybe Ray knows some of Jefferson’s buddies.
