Not so fast Neon.
"But when Ricky Williams wanted to retire and live his life, Miami sued him for a portion of his signing bonus, thus forcing him to play." ?
I think the multimillion $$$ signing bonus they provided to Ricky was contingent on Ricky fulfilling the CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT to play for the Miami Football Dolphins for the duration of the contract.
IBM doesn't sue Dell when a worker switched companies becasue IBM didn't pay that guy 8 million bucks to sign on exclusively for IBM.
And why do these guys who talk about "god's plan" for them bother me so much? God has much bigger things on his mind than Neon Deion's football career...or at least I hope he does.
Welcome to the official media outlet of M.I.R.T.H., a world-renowned think tank whose mission is explaining the world's complicated issues in a language that everyone can easily understand - the language of common sense. The Institute is named in honor Paul Morphy , native New Orleanian and perhaps the greatest chess player in history. Coincidentally, all M.I.R.T.H. Faculty members are direct descendents of Mr. Morphy.
