Just got a phone message from Little Ray Ray. I like the guy and prefer him over the old St. Charles Ave. crowd. Not that the Landrieus are the worst of that bunch at all. But I say let the Chocolate Man do it. The city doesn't need to go backwards. I have to say I have been impressed with the tone of the whole thing. Both candidates do seem competent and civilized. I think the city does ok either way. A great send-up of the mayor's race as a hollywood movie poster.
That's where it is interesting. Landrieu is not part of the St Charles Ave. crowd. Nagin, interestingly enough (and but for Chocolate City comments)has/had more St Charles Ave. support. That is what got him in the first time around in any event.
Dean for Life (or until the next coup) Mullican has the feeling Nagin will take it.
Welcome to the official media outlet of M.I.R.T.H., a world-renowned think tank whose mission is explaining the world's complicated issues in a language that everyone can easily understand - the language of common sense. The Institute is named in honor Paul Morphy , native New Orleanian and perhaps the greatest chess player in history. Coincidentally, all M.I.R.T.H. Faculty members are direct descendents of Mr. Morphy.

Looks like Raymondo is it again. I was betting on the Democrat to win this one.
