$1B Worth of Scams

Over 500 people were arrested in various 'marketing fraud' scams with nearly 3 million victims and one billion dollars. I'll save the commentary for the comments section.

P. T. Barnum said there's a sucker born every minute. 3 million minutes is about 5.7 years worth of suckers. I wonder how long this scam has been going on. P. T.'s numbers are looking pretty accurate.
