Not to be confused with Willian Jefferson Clinton. Sounds like a pretty crooked fellow, even by Louisiana standards. I just wonder how many of our other Representatives in D.C. are involved in similar games. Maybe he shoulda just called it all a "Campaign Contribution". Isn't that how it's done these days?
